The DUST COMMANDER S30 is a high-performance cyclone separator designed to optimize dust filtration in industrial and workshop environments. This model is a kit version of the DUST COMMANDER DLX ESD MKII, pre-mounted on a 30-liter black steel drum.
With a high-efficiency pre-filter (>99%), it captures most dust particles before they reach your vacuum system, extending the lifespan of the main filter. Its electroconductive construction in 30% glass-filled ESD polyamide (PA30GF) ensures high mechanical resistance and optimal dissipation of electrostatic charges (surface resistivity < 1E6 ohms/square).
Compatible with shop vacuums and ring blowers up to 2.2 kW, the S30 offers a maximum airflow of 240 m³/h. It comes with a complete set of adapters for easy installation:
- 2 x 40 mm adapters (for units shipped after March 2021)
- 2 x 35 mm adapters
- 2 x 32 mm adapters

How does it work?
A mixture of air and dust passes through the filter via the tangential inlet. The shape of the filter is designed to generate a vortex which enables the evacuation by gravity of heavier-than-air particles through the lower ejection port and allows air to pass through the upper outlet.
